Credits
What are Credits?
With our credit packages you purchase a voucher for the later purchase of usage licenses. Since one credit is equivalent to one euro, you can save up to 50% on the purchase of packages.
How long are credits valid?
The credits are single-purpose vouchers. A voucher is generally valid for at least three years. The three years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued (§§ 195, 199 BGB) will be charged.
Whate else about Credits?
You can pay for an order either with credits or as normal. However, you cannot pay proportionately with credits, i.e. you can only pay with credits or only without credits and not mix the payment methods.
The credit voucher can only be redeemed against usage licenses. A cash payment is not possible. Because the voucher was intended to be redeemed against usage licenses when the purchase was concluded and cannot be treated any differently afterwards.
In this respect, the valid legal provisions shall apply.
